PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workflow system in which during absence of a processing person as a delegation source, a processing state of a case processed by a proxy processing person can be easily grasped.SOLUTION: A workflow system, in which delegation of a case to proxy processing can be set, includes: absence period storage means for storing an absence period of a delegation source user for the proxy processing; unprocessed case notification means for notifying, when the absence period is started, unprocessed case of the delegation source user at an absence period starting time point to a delegation destination user; and processing state notification means for notifying, when the absence period is ended, a state of the proxy processing performed by the delegation destination user at the absence period ending time point to the delegation source user. |
