PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a force sensor comprising: converters 8, 73 having measurement elements 15, 74 connected to a measurement object on an operation in order to generate a measurement signal of force to act on a measurement object 9; and two transmission channels 4, 5, 104, 105 constituted so as to transmit signals mutually corresponding to mutually independent measurement signals, and to provide a method for testing reliability of the force sensor on the operation.SOLUTION: Transmission channels are connected in parallel to the same converter so that transmitted signals are verified at output parts of the respective transmission channels in order to easily manufacture a force sensor and/or to provide the force sensor having improved operation characteristics. In a test method, test signals are evaluated in the transmission channels into which the test signals are injected and another transmission channel into which the test signal is not injected. In another test method, the transmitted signals are compared with each other and results are used for evaluating exactness of the transmitted signals. |
