PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner that achieves both low-temperature fixability and a reduction in aggregation of toner in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment, in a high level.SOLUTION: A toner includes at least colorant, resin, and a mold release agent; and has the spin-spin relaxation time (T) derived from a soft component, of the soft component and a hard component obtained by a solid echo method using the pulse NMR analysis, of 0.10 to 0.50 msec, and the rate of the proton intensity of the soft component of 50.0% or less. |
