PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording method capable of allowing an image reduced in uneven gloss to be obtained even when an outdated ink is used and to provide printed matter obtained by the inkjet recording method.SOLUTION: The inkjet recording method comprises a preparation step of preparing an inkjet printing device including such an inkjet head that a nozzle for discharging a curable ink to be cured by imparting activation energy thereto comprises a nozzle row having N (N≥4) pieces of nozzles which are disposed at predetermined pitches P to be shifted from one another by P/N in the first direction and used for discharging at least four color inks of cyan, magenta, yellow and black, respectively. At least one of the inks except black contains an N-oxyl compound and/or a phenolic compound.
