PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing vehicle interior equipment excellent in a cushioning property using an integral molding method.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing vehicle interior equipment 1 including a resin base material 2 and a skin member 3 bonded to the resin base material 2 comprises: an arrangement step of arranging the skin member 3 having a slab foam layer 31a and a protective layer 32 laminated on the rear surface of the slab foam layer 31a in a molding die 4; a molding step of injecting a molten resin 20 into a cavity 440 on the protective layer 32 side of the skin member 3 to mold the resin base material 2 under high temperature and pressure; a removal step of removing a molding 10 obtained by integrating the skin member 3 with the resin base material 2 from the molding die 4 after cooling; and a restoration step of heating a slab foam layer 31b of the molding 10 to restore the shape of the slab foam layer 31b.
