PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy foil capable of having the best moldability especially in status of laminate foil.SOLUTION: An aluminum alloy foil contains Fe:0.6 to 1.6%, Si:0.02 tp 0.2%, one or two kinds of Ti:0.01 to 0.1% and B:0.01 to 0.05%, and Mn:0.1% or less, Mg:0.1% or less, Cu:0.1% or less, Zn:0.25% or less, and the balance Al with inevitable impurities, and has a number density of an Al-Fe based intermetallic compound having a particle diameter of 1.0 μm or larger of 50000/mmor less, an average value D of a crystal particle diameter of crystal particles surrounded by a crystal particle boundary which is defined by a boundary having an orientation difference of 5° or more in a crystal orientation analysis by EBSP of 12 μm or less, an area ratio of the crystal particle having the crystal particle diameter of over 20 μm of 30% or less, a value of (E-26.5)/C of 3.8 or less when an electric resistance at 20°C is E [n&OHgr;m] and a content of Fe is C [mass%]. |
