PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute a medical image of a required image quality, while reducing a network load.SOLUTION: When distributing an inspection image, a distribution image generation unit 36 performs re-size processing to an acquired inspection image and generates a high image quality inspection image and a low image quality inspection image lower in an image quality than the high image quality inspection image. A distribution control unit 38 distributes the high image quality inspection image to a supporter terminal TS of a registered supporter or participant to be specified by a specification unit 39, and causes a distribution unit 37 to distribute the low image quality inspection image to a supporter terminal TS other than the registered supporter or the participant. The specification unit 39 specifies the registered supporter or participant serving as a support request destination based on the inspection image, thereby the high image quality inspection image is distributed to the supporter terminal TS of the registered supporter or participant serving as the support request destination based on the inspection image, and the low image quality inspection image is distributed to the supporter terminal TS other than the registered supporter or the participant. |
