PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic power generating display device having a structure in which a power generation area having the same width as a display area can be obtained by utilizing a transparent solar cell which recently succeeds in trial manufacture and through which visible light passes.SOLUTION: A transparent photovoltaic power generation sheet 1, a display panel 2 and a storage battery unit 4 are formed of a film-like or card-like elastic material having flexibility, respectively. The transparent photovoltaic power generation sheet 1 is arranged on a first layer of the surface and the display panel 2 and the storage battery unit 4 are laminated thereunder in this order. On the same substrate as the display panel 2, a control circuit module 3 is built in the display panel 2.
