PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interpersonal feelings estimation device with which a user's evaluation of and feelings towards a specific target can be estimated and factors that attribute the evaluation and feelings can be identified.SOLUTION: An interpersonal feelings estimation device includes: an input means to input the personal attribute information of a user, the personal attribute information of an evaluation target, evaluation score information on psychological factors for the evaluation target, and evaluation score information on interpersonal feelings factors; an information accumulation means that accumulates the information input through the input means; a learning means that generates a learning model for the relationship between the information accumulated in the information accumulation means; an estimation means that estimates the anticipated values of evaluation score information for factors that have not been input through the input means, using the learning model generated through the learning means; and an information display means on which the information on the estimation result is displayed.
