The present invention a method and an apparatus for transmitting an uplink signal including feedback information required for scheduling of each base station between mutually different base stations without channel inter-modulation by a terminal if the cooperation is slowly made between the base stations in a carrier aggregation system between heterogeneous duplex stations. The method includes a step of receiving uplink channel scheduling information from at least one base station among a plurality of base stations; a step of receiving a first downlink channel from a first base station configured through a frequency division duplex (FDD) scheme and receiving a second downlink channel from a second base station configured through a time division duplex (TDD); and a step of transmitting an uplink channel for the first downlink channel to the first base station through first resources, and transmitting an uplink channel for the second downlink channel to the second base station through second resources. Sub-frames of the first resources do not exist on the same temporal axis as that of sub-frames of the second resources. According to the present invention, the inter-modulation between mutually different frequency bands can be prevented, and the terminal simultaneously transmits and receives mutually different bands together with mutually different base stations in downlink and uplink, so the maximum transmission rate of the terminal can be improved.
