发明名称 METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING OLED USING LASER BURNING
摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an organic light emitting device (OLED) using laser burning is provided to improve process speed remarkably, by omitting a mask replacement process. CONSTITUTION: A mask (200) having an open aperture fitting for the area of a metal electrode is attached to a substrate (100). The mask includes a frame mask, a stick type mask, a band type mask, a film type mask and a wire mask. An organic layer is deposited with the wider area than the area of an organic layer (300) which is to be formed originally under the state that the mask is attached. The area of the redundant organic area is removed by irradiating a laser using a laser irradiation device (400) onto the redundant organic layer area as to the area of the organic layer which is to be formed originally. A metal electrode layer is deposited.
