The present invention relates to a glove molding apparatus, and more particularly, to the molding apparatus provided with a cutting blade comprising a radial finger unit and a body unit so as to perform thermal bonding and cut in a finger form by pressurizing a pair of vinyl papers. The molding apparatus comprises: a molding metal mold consisting of a left metal mold and a right metal mold; and a cutting blade unit consisting of a left cutting blade arranged on the upper surface of the left metal mold and a right cutting blade arranged on the upper surface of the right metal mold, wherein, a curved left joint surface consisting of an insertion groove and an insertion projection is formed on one side of the left metal mold, and a curved right joint surface consisting of a joint projection and a joint groove is formed on one side of the right metal mold such that the insertion groove and the insertion projection can be joined. In addition, a part of the finger unit of the left cutting blade is arranged on the surface of the insertion projection and a part of the finger unit of the right cutting blade is arranged on the surface of the joint projection, such that mutual interference does not occur by the finger unit of the left cutting blade and the right cutting blade, and thereby, reducing the size of the mold than a form wherein the left cutting blade and the right cutting blade are arranged in a row. By detachably joining the left metal mold and the right metal mold, maintenance costs can be reduced and a part to be wasted in vinyl fabrics can be minimized. |
