The present invention relates to an air purifier which removes bad smell and bacteria from air using negative ions generated from applying electricity, and comprises the following: a main body in a pipe form including an inlet and an outlet; a filter structure located in between the inlet and the outlet; and an electrode wire extended toward a longitudinal direction of the main body by being installed inside the main body, and generating the negative ions when electricity is applied. According to the composition, the negative ions generated around the inlet preprocesses the bad smell and bacteria contained in contaminated air, and the preprocessed bad smell and bacteria are absorbed into the filter structure or are decomposed by the filter structure, thereby having excellent deodorization and disinfecting effects. |
