PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for enlarging or reducing a screen for an electronic device and to provide the electronic device.SOLUTION: A control method for screen display of an electronic device of this invention includes in a method for controlling a screen display of the electronic device: a process for detecting at least one first touch; a process for determining a first range by the at least one first touch; a process for confirming whether or not an area of the first range is varied; a process for confirming whether or not a first touch point is positioned inside a display control range when the area of the first range is maintained; and a process for displaying the screen by enlarging or reducing based on the change in position of the first touch point when the first touch point is positioned in the display control range.
