PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and reliably execute various operations by properly setting an operation condition parameter.SOLUTION: The semiconductor storage device includes a memory cell array obtained by arranging memory cells configured to be able to store data. The semiconductor storage device also includes a parameter storage circuit for storing an operation condition parameter that specifies an operation condition of the memory cell array. A wafer information storage circuit stores wafer information about a variation in characteristics among a plurality of memory chips in a wafer from which a memory chip including the memory cell array is cut out. A control circuit sets the operation condition parameter about the wafer information and controls the memory cell array.
