INDEXING TECHNIQUE OF REGIONAL MYOCARDIAL RADIATION UPTAKE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain mutually comparable indices that indicate a regional myocardial radiation uptake by low computational complexity.SOLUTION: A computer program includes the processes of: calculating information related to an accumulated radiation amount in a myocardial lumen region in a first time range containing a first circulation of blood after administering a radiopharmaceutical, in image data consisting of a time series of nuclear medicine images of three-dimensional myocardial blood flow; calculating information related to an accumulated radiation amount in the local region of the myocardium in a second time range which is a time range subsequent to the first circulation and has the same time length as the first time range; and calculating an index which indicates a radiation uptake in the local region of the myocardium, on the basis of a ratio of the above pieces of information.
