PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve improvement of fuel economy and secure required durability of power storage means.SOLUTION: A vehicle power supply control device includes an electric generator which is driven by an engine to generate power and power storage means storing power generated by the electric generator and supplying the stored power to an electric load. The vehicle power supply control device further includes deterioration state detection means detecting the present deterioration state of the power storage means and target voltage changing means changing target voltage of the power storage means during soaking according to the deterioration state of the power storage means detected by the deterioration state detection means.
