PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle baggage room structure where only a trim overhang portion of a side trim and a trunk mat exist above a frame upper member so as to lower a height of a baggage room bottom face, and a trunk mat end is laid with a prescribed width on the trim overhang portion so as to make appearance good without turning over a mat end, and enable the trunk mat to be stably placed.SOLUTION: A trim overhang portion 30b grounding at an upper surface part 5a of a frame upper member 5 to cover the portion is provided. A trunk mat 28 has a width to cover an upper surface of the trim overhang portion 30b, a molding tray 25 has a tray extension part 25a extending to a vehicle width direction outside and facing a vehicle inner side wall part 5c of the frame upper member 5, and a top face part 25b of the tray extension part 25a has a height nearly the same as that of the top face part of the trim overhang portion 30b. |
