PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a braking force of a vehicle by surely performing a stepping operation of a brake pedal even at the time of failure of a brake control device.SOLUTION: A seat moving mechanism 30 is provided between a vehicle body and a seat 29 for performing movement control of the seat 29 in a forward direction. When fail-save valves 19A and 19B automatically return to a valve opening position (a) due to the failure of a brake control device 17, the seat moving mechanism 30 is driven by a control signal output from a control unit 25 and moves the seat 29 to the front direction of the vehicle. Thereby, a driver can surely perform a stepping operation on a brake pedal 5, and by the movement of pistons 9 and 10 of a master cylinder 7 according to the pedal operation, a liquid pressure is generated in liquid pressure chambers 11A and 11B in a cylinder body 8 to secure a braking force. |
