PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angiotensin I converting enzyme inhibitor composition-containing food and drink product which has an excellent angiotensin I converting enzyme inhibiting effect inherent to gallate-type catechins with a taste better than that of gallate-type catechins alone, and allows the level of gallate-type catechins in the blood to be chronologically maintained with excellent safety.SOLUTION: The angiotensin I converting enzyme inhibitor composition-containing food and drink product includes gallate-type catechins and collagen. The angiotensin I converting enzyme inhibitor composition may further contain water-soluble soybean dietary fiber.
