PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal device manufacturing method, a liquid crystal device and an electronic device that can improve display quality.SOLUTION: A liquid crystal device manufacturing method is configured to include the steps of: forming a recessed part 41 including an inclined part with respect to a principal surface of a first base material 10a in a second area 72 on the first base material 10a; and forming an alignment film 28 by obliquely depositing an inorganic material in a first area 71 and the second area 72 so as to make a deposition angle in the inclined part of the second area 72 larger than that in the first area 71.
