PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed wiring board capable of cutting back printed wiring board manufacturing steps and costs, shortening the path of return current, and restraining a resonance phenomenon in high frequencies.SOLUTION: The printed wiring board comprises: a coplanar line having a signal conductor and reference ground conductor formed in the same surface layer and connecting to a coaxial connector; a microstrip line having a signal conductor formed in a surface layer, having a reference ground conductor formed in another layer different from the surface layer, and connecting the coplanar line and an integrated circuit; a first ground through-hole formed on both sides of the signal conductor of the coplanar line in close proximity thereto and connecting a termination region of the reference ground conductor of the coplanar line in the direction of the microstrip line and a termination region of the reference ground conductor of the microstrip line in the direction of the coplanar line; and a second ground through-hole connecting an integrated circuit ground terminal land disposed on both sides of the integrated circuit signal terminal connected to the signal conductor of the microstrip line and the reference ground conductor of the microstrip line. |
