PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture permeation waterproofness fabric that is excellent in moisture permeability, waterproofness, and moist heat resistance, further various durable properties.SOLUTION: Provided is a fabric that comprises laminating a fiber fabric for a front fabric, a microporous film, an adhesive layer, and a fiber fabric for a back fabric in the order. A moisture permeation waterproofness fabric for medical care is characterized in that the fiber for a front fabric and the fabric for a back fabric mainly comprise a polyester fiber together, the microporous film and the adhesive layer mainly comprise a polycarbonate-based polyurethane resin together, and 3-50 mass% of an inorganic fine powder is included in the microporous film. It is desirable that 15-50 mass% of the inorganic fine powder is included in the microporous film, and the microporous film is a uniform film that has many fine pores having a bore diameter of at most 3 μm. |
