PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-based pigment ink composition having excellent waterproof stickiness which makes the ink composition usable for a writing instrument for a writing board such as a white board or a black board or the like, and besides having excellent erasability by wiping with water.SOLUTION: A water-based pigment ink composition contains at least a concealing pigment, a styrene-acrylic acid resin and/or a styrene-maleic acid resin, trehalose, a fluorine-containing surfactant, and water. |
