PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purchase delivery management system and a purchase delivery management method capable of improving convenience of users by providing services of delivering articles purchased by the users.SOLUTION: A bio-information registration device stores bio-information of a user associated with personal identification information. A store authentication device is installed for each store and acquires the bio-information of each user. First identification means identifies personal identification information associated with the acquired bio-information. Second storage means stores article information associated with the identified personal identification information. A purchase acceptance authentication device is disposed at a delivery destination of the article and acquires the bio-information of the user. Second identification means identifies the personal identification information associated with the acquired bio-information. Third identification means identifies the article represented by the article information associated with the identified personal identification information. |
