PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angular positioning device comprising two mechanical movement transmission assemblies imbricated at two dead centers.SOLUTION: A mechanical angular positioning device 1 comprises a frame 2 and two imbricated mechanical movement transmission assemblies. A first assembly 10 comprises a first support 11 being in pivot connection with the frame according to a first axis. The support is rotatable by a first motor 14 via two connecting rods 12 and 13 which generate two dead centers for the first support 11. A second mechanical assembly 20 comprises a second support 21 being in pivot connection with the first support 11 according to a second axis not parallel with a first axis. The second support 21 is rotatable by a second motor 25 via two connecting rods 23 and 24 which generate two dead centers for the second support 21. One of the dead centers of the first support 11 can coincide with one of the dead centers of the second support 21.
