PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a subsequent medical care without hindrance when a medical supporter stops a medical support.SOLUTION: An administrative server 25 of a medical support device receives a support stop notice from a medical support external terminal 13 of a medical supporter by a support stop notice reception unit 35. A proxy support request unit 36 accesses a medical supporter database 25a having a plurality of medical supporters recorded, prepares a candidate list of proxy supporters practising a medical care instead of a leaving medical supporter and transmits the candidate list to the medical support external terminal 13. The medical supporter selects a proxy supporter from the candidate list to transmit the selected proxy supporter to a proxy supporter reception unit 37. A terminal administrative unit 33 starts an administration of a proxy support external terminal 14 of the proxy supporter as a terminal for practising the medical care of an internal terminal 16. |
