PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clean a radiator without disassembling the radiator from a diesel facility body just after a diesel power generation facility is operated or while it is stopped.SOLUTION: A cleaning device 100 which removes a deposition on an outer surface of a radiator 13 for cooling a diesel engine 11 of a diesel power generation facility 10 comprises: a spray section 110 for spraying a cleaning fluid to the outer surface of the radiator 13; and a cleaning fluid supply section 200 including a supply tube 201 for supplying the cleaning fluid to the spray section 110. The spray section 110 may also include a header 111 for receiving the cleaning fluid from the cleaning fluid supply section 200, and a spray nozzle which is mounted to the header 111 and formed to spray the cleaning fluid within the header 111 towards the radiator 13.
