PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding jig for an individual piece member, which can easily and surely take out the individual piece member which is cut into an individual piece by etching from a storage tank.SOLUTION: A glass holding jig 20 for holding etched glass 30 has a base 21 arranged in a tank having an etchant stored therein. The base 21 has support means 24a for supporting a base material 15 from which the glass 30 is cut out, and a holding body 25 which has a tapered glass holding part arranged at a lower part of the base material 15, provided therein. |
