摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method the measuring object of which is titanium tetrachloride in an aqueous solution, and which is used for highly accurately and rapidly measuring the concentration of the titanium tetrachloride in the aqueous solution.SOLUTION: A measurement method of titanium tetrachloride content in an aqueous solution is provided, in which the measuring object is titanium tetrachloride in an aqueous solution, and a nuclear magnetic resonance peak of aO atomic nucleous derived from an O-Ti group is measured under a magnetic field of 9 tesla or more, and a titanium tetrachloride content is calculated. In the measurement method of titanium tetrachloride content in an aqueous solution, suitably a half value width of a nuclear magnetic resonance peak of aO atomic nucleus derived from an O-Ti group is measured, a tetrachloride titanium content is calculated using a relational expression of a half value width of a nuclear magnetic resonance peak of aO atomic nucleous derived from an O-Ti group that is obtained beforehand for a titanium tetrachloride aqueous solution in which a titanium tetrachloride content is given and a tetrachloride titanium content.
