PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that excellent droplet ejection performance cannot be obtained as the piezoelectric column is joined to a diaphragm member in a bent state and displacement transfer efficiency of a piezoelectric column decreases.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a liquid discharge head includes: detecting the warpage amount of a piezoelectric column 12a of a piezoelectric member 12 when joining the piezoelectric member 12 to a diaphragm member 13; joining the piezoelectric column 12a of the piezoelectric member 12 and a vibration region 3A of the diaphragm member 3; and moving the piezoelectric member 12 by the warpage amount in a warping direction of the piezoelectric column 12a in the state where the piezoelectric column 12a and vibration region 3A are joined together, and joining and fixing the diaphragm member 3 and piezoelectric member 12 together. |
