The present invention relates to a device for drying and screening insects which comprises the following: an insect drying unit drying eggs of imagoes, larvae, skin of larvae, pupae, and grain powder using microwaves; an insect screening unit screening and collecting the dried larvae and skin of the larvae among the dried eggs of imagoes, larvae, skin of larvae, pupae, and grain powder using one or more screens installed inside the device or the vibration of a vibrator; and a control box controlling the operation of the insect drying unit and the insect screening unit by the manipulation of a user.
