PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of fine particles, which can stably form droplets by injection granulating.SOLUTION: A liquid of fine particle composition includes a composition which contains at least a resin which is dissolved or dispersed in a solvent. The manufacturing method of fine particles including the droplet forming step of supplying the liquid to a droplet discharging unit for continuously discharging from one or more discharging holes for forming droplets from the liquid of fine particle composition and the droplet solidifying step of drying the solvent in the liquid of fine particle composition in a droplet form for solidifying the droplet satisfies the following requirements A and B. A: The resin composition liquid is filled in a flexible container such that no gas is contained. The resin composition liquid is supplied to the droplet discharging unit from the flexible unit. B: The dissolved oxygen amount of the resin composition liquid in the flexible container is 1/2 or less of the dissolved oxygen amount in the resin composition liquid with saturated-dissolved air.
