PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structural color expression membrane having clear structural color and capable of maintaining the clear structural color even when subjected under a high-temperature environment, and a composition for structural color expression capable of easily forming the structural color expression membrane.SOLUTION: A composition for structural color expression is a composition containing copolymer particles having core-shell structure, wherein the core part of the copolymer particles contains resin (b) crosslinked by a cross-linkable monomer having at least two double bonds which are non-conjugated to each other in one molecule, and the resin (b) comprises a structural unit derived from the cross-linkable monomer in an amount of 0.01 mass% or more and less than or equal to 6.2 mass% based on the total amount of the resin (b), the number-average particle size of the copolymer particles is 0.05 μm or more and less than or equal to 1 μm, and the refractive index difference between a core part and shell part of the copolymer particles is 0.01 or more. |
