PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which allows for thinning by lowering the height of a shield case, without impairing assembly workability.SOLUTION: The camera body 100 of a single-lens reflex digital camera, an example of an electronic apparatus, includes a shield case 57 for shielding an electronic component mounted on a sub-board 56, and a fixing member 62 mounted on the sub-board 56 for fixing the shield case 57 to the sub-board 56. A fixed part 57d is formed in the shield case 57, and when the fixing member 62 holds the fixing member 62, the shield case 57 is fixed to the sub-board 56. An opening 64 into which the tip 62a of the fixing member 62 is inserted, when the fixed part 57d is held by the fixing member 62, is formed in the shield case 57. |
