PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give notice of a radio wave situation between devices constituting a network.SOLUTION: In a radio communication system, radio communication devices, each of which is incorporated per group of a plurality of lighting devices, are connected with each other via a radio network. One of the radio communication devices includes: communication means which transmits a prescribed command to another of the radio communication devices and receives a response to the transmitted prescribed command; radio wave strength acquisition means which, if the response was received by the communication means, acquires radio wave strength information at the other radio communication device included in the response; and blinking control means which gets a corresponding lighting device to blink on the basis of the radio wave strength information acquired by the radio wave strength acquisition means.
