PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique in which flash steam can be effectively utilized, in a steam supply system installed in a food processing plant, etc., by taking out a lot of flash steam from a flash tank as low pressure steam and supplying a sufficient quantity of the low pressure seam to a low temperature heat treatment part.SOLUTION: A steam supply system 100 supplies steam to a heat treatment plant which includes: a high temperature treatment part HE that performs heat treatment by heat exchange with high pressure steam Sh supplied from a boiler BO; and a low temperature treatment part SM that performs heat treatment by the supply of low pressure steam SI. The system comprises: a flash tank FT to which steam drain D of the high temperature heat treatment part HE is supplied; and an ejector SE in which the high pressure steam Sh is supplied as a driving source, with flash steam FS absorbed from the flash tank FT and in which the absorbed flash steam FS is supplied as the low pressure steam SI to the low temperature heat treatment part SM. |
