PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate armor battery of high safety with a simple configuration, and to provide a battery pack.SOLUTION: In a laminate armor battery, an electrode body is housed in a laminate armor 20. Sealing regions are formed on three sides of the laminate armor, and a positive electrode tab 14 and a negative electrode tab are extending to traverse one sealing part. A terminal body 16 is connected for the principal surface of the positive electrode tab 14. The terminal body 16 is formed by laminating an insulation layer 161, and a conductor 162, in order, from the principal surface side of the positive electrode tab 14, and a bridge 163 for connecting the positive electrode tab 14 and the conductor 162 electrically by penetrating the insulation layer 161 is provided. The bridge 163 is composed of Al similarly to the positive electrode tab 14, and has a high resistance per unit length for the positive electrode tab 14, so that it is blown out when an undue current flows. |
