PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tacky-adhesive film having moderate tackiness and an excellent perspective property.SOLUTION: The tacky-adhesive film contains 10-50 mass% of a polyethylene resin (A) having 880-935 kg/mdensity and 50-90 mass% of an ethylene-unsaturated ester copolymer (B) (on condition that the total amount of the polyethylene resin (A) and the ethylene-unsaturated ester copolymer (B) is 100 mass%). A ratio of the melt complex viscosity of the polyethylene resin (A) to that of the ethylene-unsaturated ester copolymer (B) is 1 or lower.
