The present invention relates to a device for forming a head unit of an anchor bolt. The purposes of the present invention are to process the head unit in small power and reduce moving distances by moving a collet clamping the anchor bolt; a collet holder; and a punch pin in different directions by moving a punching die of the head unit while the anchor bolt is fixed to a fixed die when the head unit is formed. The device for forming a head unit of an anchor bolt in accordance with the present invention includes the fixed die (100) and the punching die of the head unit (200). The punching die of the head unit comprises a base block (210), the collet holder (230), the collet (220), a guide sleeve (280), a housing (260), a punch (240), and the punch pin (250). |
