PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drumhead that can give a sense of beating closely resembling the response felt when one beats the head of an acoustic drum.SOLUTION: In a drumhead, as the outer diameter of a middle layer head 33 is set smaller than the outer diameter of a flat part 32a of each of a pair of outer layer heads 32 and the inner diameter of an end part 2a toward one end of a shell 2 in the axial direction, the intermediate layer head 33 can be arranged farther inside than the continuing part between the flat parts 32a and cylindrical parts 32b of the pair of outer layer heads 32 and the end part 2a toward one end of the shell 2 in the axial direction. Therefore, when tension is to be given to the pair of outer layer heads 32, tension can be prevented from being given to the intermediate layer head 33. As a result, the player can more keenly feel the response when beating the flat part 32a than in the case where tension is given to both the outer layer head 32 and the intermediate layer head 33. |
