PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical glass having desired high stability and high dispersion (a low Abbe number), an optical element and a method for manufacturing a glass molded body.SOLUTION: The optical glass comprises, with respect to the whole amount of glass substances in a composition in terms of oxides and on a mol% basis, a POcomponent by 20% or more and 45% or less, a TiOcomponent by 30% or more and 65% or less, and one of or two or more of a SiOcomponent, a GeOcomponent, an AlOcomponent and a GaOcomponent, in total by 0.5% or more and 30% or less; and the optical glass has a refractive index of 1.75 or more and an Abbe number of 10 or more and 35 or less. |
