PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a low-cost solar cell module excellent in reliability, which has a configuration in which good moisture-proofness is secured without using an inorganic vapor-deposited film.SOLUTION: In the solar cell module, a solar cell is sealed between a light receiving surface-side protective member and a back sheet via sealing materials. Out of the sealing materials, a back surface-side sealing material positioned between the back sheet and the solar cell is a resin layer which has a film thickness of 0.13 to 0.3 mm inclusive between the back surface of the solar cell and the back sheet and has a water vapor permeability of 2 to 20 g/m/day inclusive. The back sheet is a resin layer which has a water vapor permeability of 20 g/m/day or less and a partial discharge starting voltage of 600 V or higher. |
