PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp body capable of uniformly diffusing light even when the distance from LED elements to a lens is nonuniform.SOLUTION: A lamp body with LED elements includes a lens and adjustment means. The lens diffuses light of the plurality of LED elements disposed on a substrate, and has different distances between the lens and one LED element and between the lens and another LED element. The adjustment means adjusts the amount of diffusion of the light of the plurality of LED elements to be uniform.
