PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately extract a workflow of a data operation as to individual requests from a history of these data operations when data operations as to a plurality of requests are performed to one database by a plurality of operators.SOLUTION: A history database 5 for recording a history of a data operation to a database is prepared. A workflow generation server 7 quantifies a relationship between a plurality of data operations recorded in the operation history. For this quantification, a data definition of the database or a history of an operation advance notice to data on the database is used. Then, on the basis of the quantified numerical value, the workflow generation server generates a workflow. The workflow generation server 7 compares the generated workflow with workflow data on a workflow database 4, and on the basis of the comparison result, the workflow generation server 7 recommends a workflow to be newly defined or recommends a change to the existing workflow. |
