PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high voltage wiring penetration part that enables the replacement of only a cable that has trouble.SOLUTION: A high voltage electric wiring penetration part 10 for electrically connecting the inside and outside of a nuclear reactor containment 11 comprises: a plurality of cables 12; a plurality of housings 14 into which the cables 12 are inserted and having flange parts 13 at their respective ends; a header plate 17 having a plurality of insertion holes 15 in which the housings 14 are inserted, and attached to the end of a sleeve 16 penetrating the nuclear reactor containment 11; and fixing member 18 fixing the respective flange parts 13 of the housings 14 such that these flange parts 13 abut on the header plate 17.
