PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous resin dispersion composition capable of allowing a coating film obtained therefrom to have an excellent tack-free property, when the coating film is not cured by active energy ray irradiation, and to have high hardness when the coating film is cured by the active energy ray irradiation.SOLUTION: The aqueous resin dispersion composition is prepared by dispersing, at the least, a polyurethane resin (A) having polymerizable unsaturated bonds, a compound (A') having another polymerizable unsaturated bond, and a carbodiimide compound (B) in an aqueous medium. The carbodiimide compound (B) of 3-30 pts.wt. is used when the total of the polyurethane resin (A) having the polymerizable unsaturated bonds, the compound (A') having the polymerizable unsaturated bond, and the carbodiimide compound (B) is 100 pts.wt. |
