PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic clinical thermometer that can grasp a state of an examinee in more detail.SOLUTION: An electronic clinical thermometer 300 having a fixation part 320 for being fixed to a peripheral site of an examinee includes: calculation means for calculating body temperatures of the peripheral site at a predetermined period on the basis of temperatures measured on the peripheral site of the examinee; detection means for detecting occurrence of low body temperature having a predetermined temperature gradient and occurrence of elevated body temperature having a predetermined temperature gradient after the drop in the body temperature by comparing temperatures calculated at a predetermined time interval among the temperatures calculated at a predetermined period; and notification means for notifying the examinee of occurrence of reduced blood flow to the peripheral site when the occurrence of low body temperature having a predetermined temperature gradient and the occurrence of elevated body temperature having a predetermined temperature gradient are detected. |
