The shelter (1) has an under-frame (2) made of four leg elements (4), and a guard arrangement (3) that is supported on the under-frame. The under-frame is arranged with three side walls (5), a roof (6), and bottom (7). The leg elements are adjustable with regard to its length in a telescopic manner. The leg elements are provided with a tube element (8) and a stand element (9). The tube element is fixed along the side walls of the guard arrangement, and the stand element is displaceable within the tube element.
