The rotor has six blades made from six circles inscribed in a disk and arranged relative to geometrical relationship between internal diameter and external diameter of the disk. A stator is fixed from a base supporting the rotor and independent from the rotor. Space is formed between the stator and the rotor to prevent the blades from touching the stator event of oscillations along a vertical plane. Air in the rotor is distributed on concave parts of the blades to increase pressure and moment of force. The stator prevents the air from striking convex parts.
